Randstad are currently working with an 'Outstanding' school in Buntingford who are currently seeking talented, dedicated and flexible learning support assistants to support their growth and general requirements. The school is spacious and well resourced; with a well equip creative play area. They have recently enhanced their grounds by developing a wild area, a sensory garden, and a forest patch. They place great emphasis on the importance of partnerships between, children, teachers, and parents. The school operates an open-door policy encouraging parents to visit and talk about their child's learning and development, and to feel at home within their environment. Due to demand, we are recruiting passionate support staff to work in a variety of fixed-term contracts.
