This is a permanent role. The property is located within proximity to Hunstanton, Thornham and Brancaster in Norfolk. You need have experience in Housekeeping and live locally to apply for this position. We need an experienced Housekeeper with excellent standards of practice, an eye for detail, the ability to delegate and instruct and maintain excellent customer service at all times. Shifts 7.30am ? 2.00pm / 10.00am ? 4.00pm / 2.00pm ? 8.00pm Covering 5/7 days all year including weekends and bank holidays The role * Cleaning guest bedrooms and function areas of this 15 bedroom property * Managing a team of 6 staff, as Head you will be responsible for ensuring exceptionally high levels of cleaning * Working under the direction of the General Manager you will need to be a good listener, attentive and sensitive to guests needs * All cleaning: dusting, polishing, changing beds and laundry * Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum of supervision * Manage the house keeping team?s rota, in charge of all stock and product ordering, responsible for all the linen on site What we need from you * Experience ideally in a high-quality establishment * Honesty, integrity and reliability * An eye for detail, the ability to ensure consistency of 4 star quality in all areas of responsibility * Good communication skills The Boss * Independent employer The Small Print To apply you will be required to supply evidence of your eligibility to work in the United Kingdom with relevant skills and qualifications.
