Conveyancer - Bristol The role We are recruiting for a conveyancer who can deal with all types of residential conveyancing for a client in Bristol. Although not essential, it will be helpful if the candidate has experience of commercial property work as well. This role will have a varied and interesting caseload which will cover: * Sale ? freehold and leasehold * Purchase ? freehold and leasehold * Re-mortgage * Shared ownership * Right to buy * New Builds * Transfer of equity * Leasehold enfranchisement * Lease extension * Lease variation * First registration * Trust Deeds Who are we looking for? The role is suitable for a solicitor or legal executive and the successful candidate will be somebody who is prepared to take responsibility and a leading role in business development.
