This is your usual commercial estate management role looking after a varied portfolio including industrial units and retail. You'll be undertaking all aspects of Landlord & Tenant, rent reviews, lease renewals, land enquiries etc. They ideally would like a Chartered Estates Surveyor, who understands local government as you'll be set up remotely for an initial 3 month contract.
