The Role Our client is looking for a finance-focused and numbers-driven individual to develop and achieve organisational goals. The Head of Finance needs to have excellent technical capabilities but equally important are the abilities to work with others and a drive to develop a small global finance team. As the Head of Finance you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the team, providing a strategic oversight within a small global finance team. In addition, you will take responsibility for the financial accounting, associated reporting and internal controls ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulatory, government and UK charity filings for the organisation. To be successful in this role you should ideally be a qualified accountant, with experience gained in a strong financially controlled environment. You should have excellent attention to detail and great communication skills with a collaborative approach.
