Virtual Estate Agent/Property Advisor, Bristol

A Property Advisor job in Clifton, Bristol to work within a large educational organisation. Your new company You will be working within a large organisation in the education sector as a property advisor. This role is Monday-Friday 35 hours a week and will run up until the end of October. Your new role Providing expert advice on Bristol's private rented accommodation market to students without an offer of accommodation. Liaising with agents and lettings teams in Bristol for up to date information on accommodation availability. Updating websites, information sheets and resources for student use with details of available accommodation. What you'll need to succeed Excellent customer service skills Ideally have lettings or estate agent experience Knowledge of Bristol's private accommodation rental market Professional and calm under pressure. Strong IT and systems skills What you'll get in return You will get an hourly rate of up to £16 per hour and will be guaranteed work up until the end of October.
