Access Controls Engineer, Bristol

Our client one of the UKs premier Total FM providers have won further contracts and are now looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Access Controls Engineer. From a building maintenance back ground candidates will: * Work as part of the our client's FM Mobile Engineering Team with responsibility for the completion of pre-planned maintenance to building access control systems. * Completion of reactive and remedial repairs as directed by the our client's Helpdesk, you will play a key role in planning and completing a range of works associated with the access control systems such as swipe card access, SALTO & Maglock systems. This will also include installation and testing of these systems dependent on relevant experience. * Provide exceptional maintenance services to their high profile Clients and go the extra mile to deliver to the highest quality standards in all areas of your performance. Technical Competencies Essential 1. C&G Lv 3 2357 or equivalent, having completed a relevant apprenticeship within your trade 2. Hold a minimum of 5+ years? experience in a building maintenance role, particularly in relation to planned, reactive and remedial maintenance of access control systems. 3. Current Full UK Driver?s License Desirable Criteria 1. ADSA accreditation 2. IOSH ? Working safely or CSCS Card 3. C&G 2382 18th Edition 4. Electrical qualifications - C&G 2391 5. IT Skills ? in the use of PDA?s 6. Asbestos awareness training (UKATA) 7.
