Senior IT Security Administrator, Llandysul

Our client is a leading, medical organisation who are seeking an Senior IT Security Administrator to join their friendly, supportive team! Your main responsibilities will include: Global responsibility for managing the delivery of the IT Security Program Consult with relevant stakeholders to define business requirements for new technology implementations and implement where appropriate Keep up to date with trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices Advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive, compliance or financial impact Manage ongoing and future infrastructure projects, ensure technical implementations and timelines are aligned with ongoing business needs and based on best practices Direct and indirect support of IT service desk and ticket management as an escalation point. Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and the monitoring of IT systems performance.    Skills and Experience: Certified Information Security Manage (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISP) or other relevant qualification Minimum 3 years in a Pharma, FinTech or similar industry Experience working in a highly regulated environment, lab or cleanroom (desirable)
