Commercial valuation surveyor, 'BS1 3AG'

New opportunity to join one of the leading Property Consultancies in the South West who are well respected, family friendly and known for excellent career progression and training. They are looking for an experienced Commercial valuation surveyor who is keen to join a busy and expanding team carrying out secured and non secured valuations for a variety of corporate and private clients. Workload is varied covering the main commercial sectors but also residential investment and development whilst specialist sectors such as Development, Leisure and Healthcare are also covered. You must be a RICS Registered Valuer with minimum 2 years post qualification. and be chartered with previous experience in a similar role. Due to the nature of this role you must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
