Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Bristol

Opportunity for an up and coming litigation solicitor to join a growing firm based in Bristol. This is a chance for a litigator to join a relatively new firm however with years of experience in the team and a chance to join a firm with a fast-growing dispute resolution team. Ultimately, the successful litigation solicitor will be dealing with property, commercial litigation and more. Responsibilities include: *Working closely with the other members of the team in assisting the strategic and marketing development of the sector. *Dealing with a caseload of secured lending matters. *Handling a caseload of property and commercial litigation matters to the standard of the firm. Essential experience required: *Strong civil and commercial litigation experience *Excellent experience in maintaining strong relationships with active clients. *Good organisational skills Desirable experience required: *Previous experience in developing close relationships with other departments in order to grow new business. *Previous experience with case management systems.
