Site Manager - Rail, Bristol

Are you a Site Agent with Rail Experience? Our Client a Leading Rail Contractor has an Exciting permanent opportunity based in South West England, on schemes upto £6million, including Earthworks, Structures and Maintenance. Your key responsibilities: * Producing Construction Phase Plans (including H&S Plans), Risk Assessments, Work Package Plans (Method Statements) and Task Briefings for projects/packages under your control. * Ensuring that projects plans are reviewed and updated and shared with relevant site staff. * Reviewing, maintaining, updating and amending safe systems of work and ensuring they are recorded. * Ensuring that all project personnel have the necessary experience, training and knowledge to carry out the duties allocated to them. * Manage the work and ensure it is to standard and delivered within expected time frames. You will have: * Proven experience in civil engineering in the rail industry (including station upgrades). * Ability to produce, implement and manage safe systems of work for construction procedures. * Ability and confidence to communicate and present to Top Level Management, senior level clients and public. * An understanding of the commercial issues on a construction project. * Ability and confidence to discuss engineering issues with people across various levels and disciplines. Key Skills and Qualifications: * Holder of a Full UK Driving Licence * Relevant qualifications - (HND / HNC / BEng or equivalent) * Holder of a valid PTS * Good IT Skills If you have the right experience apply online or call Connor Today on (phone number removed)!
