An innovative managed service provider, we provide dynamic cloud solutions to national and international clients. With a wealth of experience behind us, we're looking for a Service Desk Manager due to our strong presence in the market making us well positioned to do so. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a technical support professional, you will be managing the Service Desk team and will also be on board with helping to fix problems and providing guidance where necessary. Our team consists of 11 engineers which you will be responsible for coordinating. Using your excellent technical and communication skills, you will take responsibility for major issues and adopt a hands-on approach where necessary to fix issues. Your role will also include being a point of escalation both internally and from our customers. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE?.. Technical knowledge; Office 365, Windows Server, Networking Previous experience in an MSP Good attention to detail and well organisedTO BE CONSIDERED?..
