Social Worker ~ Adults Team ~ Up To £24 Per Hour, Bodmin

Looking for a Social Worker to join a team in Bodmin 37 Hours per week. Contract position. Experience in working with Adults with wide range of presenting needs. Ability to respond promptly, carry out proportionate assessment and recording ,working closely with community, colleagues and health partners as required. Skills in Mental Capacity Assessment, establishing Best Interests and knowledge of Safeguarding. Skills Ability to manage risk to individuals, families, carers, groups, communities, self and colleagues Able to plan/carry out/review and evaluate social work practice/with individuals/families/carers/groups/communities Able to prepare for, and work with individuals/families/carers/groups and communities to assess their needs and circumstances Able to support individuals to represent their needs, views and circumstances Demonstrate professional competence in social work practice Manage and be accountable, with supervision and support, for your own social work practice within your organization Why Choose us??????
