One of the UK?s leading Construction Consultancies is looking to recruit an asset Surveyor to work on a mixture of commercial work across Bristol. THE COMPANY The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the UK with a network of offices across the country as well as overseas. They work across all sectors but have a particularly good foothold in the retail and education sectors in the Bristol region. They have an outstanding reputation and strong track record of developing their employees to senior positions THE POSITION The position is for an Asset Surveyor to get involved in taking full responsibility for condition surveys along with work on life cycle asset management. My client would specifically like somebody who has had previous experience in the commercial rather than public sector. THE CANDIDATE The successful Surveyor should ideally: * Have 2 + years? experience carrying out condition surveys on commercial properties * Have past involvement working on life cycle asset management. * Worked in a consultancy setting in the past. * Have good communication and client facing skills WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY * Excellent reputation in the market as being a good employer * Opportunity to work with a number of well-known and well-respected clients * Good renumeration and perks.
