Lead Developer (£60-75K + shares) A rapidly-growing Technology business based near Bristol with just under 100 employees is looking for a Lead Developer to join the team. This will predominantly be a hands-on role but will also involve some management of on-site and remote/offshore teams. As a Lead, you will be working closely with the CTO & Head of Product to ensure development practices and methodologies are being adhered to and are optimised.
