MRICS Valuation Surveyor, Bristol

We are representing one of our leading clients within the commercial property sector. A multi-disciplinary consultancy with 4 offices across the UK who are looking to recruit a MRICS development surveyor to be based out of thier Bristol or Exeter office. Our client has been incredibly busy during lock down and need to expand their team. Our client offers unrivalled progression internally and ultra modern working culture. The successful candidate will be MRICS, RICS Registered Valuation Surveyor who is passionate about the property industry and specifically about the valuation market. You will be joining a high class team and you will need to be able to communicate effectively and work to the needs of the company?s clients. The Role: * Conducting multiple valuations across a range of different commercial property portfolios. * Residential Investment/Development, Licenced & Leisure and standard office/industrial. * Liaising with Asset and Fund Managers * Progressing current relationships with prospective and current clients. * Completing Corporate, Loan Security and Institutional Valuations * Undertaking secured & unsecured lending valuations * Taking responsibility and assisting the junior members of the team This opportunity gives you the chance to join a business that thrives on developing individuals and creating further opportunities within their brand.
