Registered Nurse 16.00 to 18.00 per hour Location Bristol Permanent position 3x Nightshifts We are looking for a reliable permanent night RGN to work alongside reliable night carers full time 3 nights per week, to look after residents at our 34 bed nursing home specialising in dementia care. The person we are looking for must be a good leader and prepared to work as part of a team. Experienced in looking after residents with dementia an advantage although training will be given and therefore not essential! Excellent planning and control will allow you to be able to deliver medication on time. You will have the ability to record all events of the night within the Care Plans. Taking responsibility for overseeing the carers on duty and ensuring they also capture their actions. Good communication skills essential for liaising with family members and other professional medical colleagues such as the multi-disciplinary teams and GP?s. You will be flexible to support the home where possible to allow for cover of other shifts where needed, holidays for example. Evidence of a current NMC PIN essential and ownership taken in regaining re-validation when required.
