Social Care Support Worker, Yate

Nothing But Healthcare are currently recruiting experienced Social Care Support Workers for an Inpatient Rehabilitation service in Yate, Bristol to provide intensive rehabilitation to people: * who are unable to safely return directly home following a hospital stay due to on-going rehabilitation and care needs and require intensive therapy to transfer home. * who are struggling in their own homes due to a reduction in mobility or function and require a short period of intensive inpatient rehabilitation to help them return safely home. This may prevent an admission into a hospital setting. How does it work? * Discussion with an experience consultant who will talk you through the process and answer any questions. * Work with our compliance team to becoming a compliant worker. Very clearly communicated and helpful. * Work with your consultant to book in shifts and grow a strong working relationship. Pay rates: * £8.80 - £11.00 per hour ? Day rate. * £10.00 - £15.00 per hour ? Night/Saturday rate. * £12.00 - £17.00 per hour ? Sunday/Bank Holiday rate. What do we do for you? * Paid weekly * Paid training * Simple digital registration * One point of contact who understands your needs * Block Bookings available * Advanced and ad-hoc bookings * Employee of the month bonus - £100.00 Requirements * Minimum of 6 months Nursing experience within a Rehabilitation Service or similar enviroment. * Clinical reference(s) for the last 2 years of employment.
