Warehouse Operative, Portbury

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a fresh challenge? We’re seeking a reliable and motivated team member to join our warehouse in Portbury, BS20 7XE.

You will work full‑time, permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 13:00 to 21:00.

• Pick, load, and dispatch orders accurately and on time to meet customer requirements and KPIs
• Receive, check, and put away stock efficiently using MHE
• Process customer returns, segregating waste and packaging correctly
• Identify and escalate shortages, failures, or re‑books promptly
• Follow all warehouse procedures, health & safety standards, and good working practices

• Possession of a reach truck/counterbalance license, or willingness to complete training
• Experience in material recycling or break‑down advantageous
• Previous warehouse experience, preferably within supply chain or retail environment
• UK driving licence and own transport preferred
• Flexibility regarding shift pattern
