• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to residents.
• Create a secure, warm, and welcoming environment for all owners.
• Assist with administrative and operational support throughout the village.
• Provide care support if required.
• Clean pools and complete pool test logs.
• Prepare swimming pool and club areas for day use.
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas.
• Collect refuse throughout the village.
• Perform cleaning duties in communal areas.
• Work under pressure and perform well in emergencies.

• Strong communication skills.
• Good literacy and numeracy, with written and oral English proficiency.
• Experience using a computer (advantage).
• Ability to multi‑task, identify priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and tolerant nature.
• Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
