What You Will Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients following stroke, focusing oncommunication and swallowing difficulties.
• Design and deliverindividualised rehabilitation programmesaddressing aphasia, apraxia of speech, cognitive-communication disorders, and dysphagia.
• Work collaboratively within themultidisciplinary teamto ensure holistic, patient-centred care.
• Monitor, review, and adapt therapy plans based on patient progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, particularly withinstroke and neuro rehabilitation.

Requirements

• HCPC registration is essential.
• You must be aconfident car driverdue to travel across community settings in and around Bristol.
