What you will do:

As aSocial Worker within the Child Protection Team in North Bristol, you will play akey role in safeguarding children and supporting familiesinvolved inChildren in Need (CiN), Child Protection (CP), and court processes.

• Undertakestatutory duties for children and familiesrequiring support or protection.
• Work closely withfamilies to address assessed needsand developeffective safety planning strategies.
• Facilitatepositive change and implement permanence plansto securelong-term stability for children.
• Delivertargeted interventions and ongoing supportto driveimproved outcomes for children and families.
• Engage inmulti-agency collaborationwith professionals across services to ensurecomprehensive, coordinated care.
