Parts Manager, Catbrain

Job Title: Parts Manager Location: UK Salary:£34,000 Basic + Company Car + Up to £8,000 Bonus We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to join a busy and high-performing automotive dealership. This is a key leadership role within the aftersales department, responsible for managing the parts operation, driving performance, and delivering excellent service to both internal departments and retail customers.Working Hours: Monday to Friday (between 07:30 18:00) 1 in 4 Saturdays Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficiency and profitability Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targetsLead, train, and motivate the parts team Work closely with service and sales departments to support dealership operations Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures Requirements: Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor within the motor tradeStrong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership operations Experience with dealership management systems (Kerridge experience highly desirable) Strong leadership and team management skills Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets Excellent communication and customer service skillsTPBN1_UKTJ
