TheRole Onbehalfofourclient,weareseekinga BusinessDevelopmentManager .Thisroleisresponsiblefordeveloping,managingandconvertingrelationshipswithmotorinsurancebrokerstogeneratenewrevenue.Reportingtoseniorleadership,youwilluseyourexistingnetworktointroducetheclientsservices,onboardnewpartnersandensuresmoothdeliveryalongsideinternalclaimsandoperationsteams.Youwilltakeownershipofconsistentbusinessgrowth,stayaheadofmarkettrendsandactasatrustedadvisortobrokerpartners. Responsibilitieswillinclude Develop,manageandconvertrelationshipswithmotorinsurancebrokers. Leverageyourexistingnetworktointroduceourclientsservicesandgenerateimmediateopportunities. Identifyandonboardnewbrokerpartnersforcredithireandrepairservices.Actasatrustedpartnertobrokers,ensuringtheyunderstandthefullvalueoftheoffering. Driveconsistentnewbusinessactivityandrevenuegrowth. Collaboratecloselywithinternalclaimsandoperationsteamstoensuresmoothonboardingandservicedelivery. Keepuptodatewithmarkettrends,competitoractivityandopportunitieswithinthemotorclaimsspace.ThePerson: Ourclientisseekingaself-motivatedbusinessdevelopmentprofessionalwithideallystrongrelationshipsinthemotorinsurancebrokermarketandaproventrackrecordofgeneratingrevenue.
