What you'll be doing:

• Build relationships with new clients through cold calling and outreach
• Source and qualify top talent for highly skilled technical roles (Automation, Automotive, Renewables, Semiconductors)
• Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Become a specialist in your market and build your personal brand
• Drive business development and grow your own desk
• Every deal you close is directly rewarded with commission
