Their reputation speaks for itself with top‑tier rankings in legal directories and due to continued growth, they are seeking a seasoned Partner with a strong track record in residential development to join them in their Bristol office. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding their national presence, driving strategic growth, and mentoring the next generation of legal talent.

You’ll be part of a high‑profile national team working on premium development deals. Expect exposure to:

• Conditional/unconditional contracts and land transfers
• Option and promotion agreements
• Development funding and forward commitment deals
• Turnkey contracts and collaboration agreements

• UK qualified lawyer with 8+ years PQE
• Deep expertise in the Living Sector and a proven ability to build a thriving practice
• Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• A visible external profile in the sector
