Quantity Surveyor - High End Residential and Wellness Sector, Bromley

Our client is growing SME construction company that due to impressive growth they are currently seeking Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Bromley Kent. They have a specialism in High End residential and the Wellness Sector. They are hugely client focused look to look to build strong client bonds seeing the projects from design through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Traveling to job sites (Multiple Projects)
• Making precise measurements to determine property boundaries.
• Creating maps of measured properties
• Researching land records
• Maintaining measuring equipment
• Collaborating with engineers and architects
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements

Requirements:

• Critical thinker;
• Strong work ethic with ability to work well in team settings;
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree a related field
• Experience under a licensed Professional Surveyor
• Experience using surveying tools
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency with CAD and GIS software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently.

This role will require 2 days min in the Bromley offices 2 Days on site and 1 day WFH.
