Recruit4staff are representing a leading FMCG manufacturing business in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in Droitwich Job Details: Pay: Up to£53,000 per annum + 5% annual bonus Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off (days and nights) Duration: Permanent Benefits: Free parking, pension matched up to 8%, 276 hours holiday, life assurance and health care coverJob Role: The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing faults and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role focuses on reducing downtime, improving equipment reliability and supporting continuous improvement through effective fault analysis and maintenance planning.
