We are hiring Movers to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Portsmouth, VA. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading items from our moving trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Starting Pay: $13 / hour + tips and weekly Friday pay

• Load and unload items from moving trucks, ensuring they are properly secured and transported safely.
• Work with teammates to move furniture, boxes, and other household items within homes and businesses.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth move.
• Use problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges.
• Use equipment such as dollies and moving blankets properly.
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

• A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs.
• A friendly personality with customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
