We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be preparing, promoting and upselling food and drink, so you’ll be making the food in the kitchens, serving drinks behind the bar, taking orders and generally cleaning down in the bar and kitchen areas!

Hours alternate between 6:30 am until 11:00 am for breakfast on weekdays and weekends 7:30 am until 12:00 pm on weekends.

Afternoon kitchen shift hours are 5:00 pm until 23:00 pm.
