Sales Executive, Burton upon Trent

£35,000 Basic | £70,000 OTE | Inbound Enquiries

We’re currently hiring for a Sales Executive to join a fast-growing, high-performing business based in Burton.

This role is centred around handling inbound enquiries, building rapport quickly, and converting conversations into deals. The enquiries are already there — the focus is on communication, consistency, and commercial awareness.

If you enjoy speaking with people, work well in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by strong earning potential, this could be a really good fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with customers who have already expressed interest

• Managing conversations from enquiry through to close

• Negotiating within agreed pricing structures

• Handling a high volume of calls and maintaining strong activity levels

• Building trust and rapport quickly over the phone

• Working within a driven, performance-focused team

This isn’t cold calling, and it’s not a heavily scripted sales role. Strong performers are people who communicate well, stay consistent, and know how to guide conversations naturally.
