Quality Assurance & Standards Lead, Nantgarw

Coleg y Cymoedd is looking for a Head of Quality responsible for leading the College’s quality assurance and integrity of assessments. The role requires operational oversight to ensure the quality framework is rigorously applied across campuses, promoting sustained improvement.

As the principal contact for awarding bodies, the postholder will lead all quality assurance arrangements, ensuring valid and reliable assessment practices. This position supports the Vice Principal in strategic accountability for standards and outcomes.
