Receptionist, Bagshot

Bagshot Vets for Pets is looking for a part-time client services team member to provide exceptional client service and care for pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team. You will build relationships with clients, their pets and the practice team to ensure satisfaction and encourage future visits. You will greet clients, offer support and guidance, manage payments and bookings, and coordinate day-to-day operations using our online booking system.

• You are the friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
• You provide guidance by keeping up-to-speed with the practice services and any additional services available.
• You are calm, attentive and always focus on the clients’ needs.
• You bring enthusiasm and drive to your role; your passion for service is matched with your love of pets.
• You can handle various situations, from comforting a client after bad news to sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.
• Your personality helps create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.

• Ideally you should have animal care or previous reception experience.

This is a part-time position working hours over Monday-Friday, with a 1 in 3 weekend rota, with time off in lieu either side.
