Panel Wire Operatives, Leeds

As a Panel Operative, you will be an integral part of our Production team, responsible for assembling and wiring sub‑assemblies into a variety of enclosures, from compact control boxes to large motor control centres.

You'll be involved in:

• Wiring components to detailed schematic drawings.
• Fitting mounting rails, trunking, and components to metal backplates.
• Installing copper busbar systems with precision.
• Tightening screws and bolts with calibrated equipment.
• Completing quality documentation to ensure high standards.

• Proven experience in wiring control panels and assemblies.
• Strong technical skills in panel preparation, component mounting, and cable wiring.
• Ability to interpret schematic drawings and follow technical instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools – screwdrivers, spanners, ratchets, etc.
