Relief Extra Care Support Worker, Leeds

Salary: £12.85 per hour plus rolled up holiday pay. Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire. Contract: Relief/Bank.

Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Relief Support Worker to join our friendly and passionate staff team in Leeds. Our Hampton Crescent service contains 40 beds with some flats housing services users who require extra care. As a support worker you will provide quality care and demonstrate unconditional positive regard to all our service users. You will be highly motivated, hardworking and keen to support older people.

• Support individuals in maintaining a healthy state of wellbeing mentally, physically and emotionally, empowering them to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals.
• Provide support with personal care and domestic tasks, and assist individuals in accessing work, education, and social opportunities.
• Be willing to work flexibly on a roster basis, including evenings.

• Previous experience in a care setting is required.

• A one-off bonus of £100 upon successful completion of the 4-month probationary period.
