Senior Custody Healthcare Practitioner (Nurse and Paramedic) Are you an experienced healthcare practitioner with custodial experience? Due to an exciting new opportunity CRG Medical Services, with the support of our business partner Medteam, are recruiting Senior Custody Healthcare Practitioners to work with our teams of highly skilled clinicians in custody suites across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire. As a Senior Custody Healthcare Practitioner with CRG Medical Services, your responsibilities will be to deliver and support clinical excellence and provide key support for the Clinical Lead in the management and continuous personal development of the HCP team in your contract area. In conjunction with the Contract Management Team, you will ensure that local processes comply with national clinical governance, best practice and professional standards in line with the requirements of the relevant professional registration body. The package and benefits: * Salary £38,000pa (rising to £39,000pa following a successful probationary period) * Full time contracts available * Revalidation assistance * On-going supported professional development * Free mandatory training * Free uniform * Career Opportunities * Mentoring and Peer Advice * Pension Contributions * Covering the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire areas What you need for the role: * Experience as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic with a minimum of 3 years? post-qualifying service * Experience in a custodial environment is desirable * Previous management experience is desirable * Full membership of the either NMC or HCPC * 3 years residency in the UK * A Right to Work in the UK * A full UK driving licence * Preferably you will have experience in a relevant speciality such as A&E, Walk in Centre, Paramedic Practitioner, Substance Misuse, Community Nursing, Police Custody, Prison or other relevant disciplines that you feel have the transferable skills Who are CRG Medical Services?
