Maintenance/Janitor/Handyman, CB21

We are looking for am expereienced general maintenance handyman to join our growing team @ ARCC Innovatons. Duties will include but not limited to internal and external work at our site in Great Abinton * Overall General Maintenance of the site * Internal Painting & Decorating * Property Maintenance * Ground Maintenance * Experience in Plumbing and Building will be an advantage * General DIY * General plumbing (unblocking sinks/traps/drains) * Clean all windows internally & externally * Clean light fittings and replace minor parts where necessary (tubes/bulbs/starters) * Carry out repairs which do not require a specialised technician * Ensuring clear & safe pedestrian access to and around site, particularly in adverse weather conditions (clearing snow/gritting) * Ad-hoc Duties This is a permanent position, salary negotiable with hours per week tailored to meet candidates requirments. Experience of working on commercail properties/business premises would be advantageous
