Estates Manager - Water Hygiene Sector - Education or NHS Estate/Property Management / Water Hygiene Job Type: Contract - 6 Month Initial Term Location: Cambridge Post Code: CB1 2JW Daily Rate: Market Rates Start Date: ASAP Experienced Estates Manager - Water Hygiene required for a 6 month (initial) contract in Cambridge. You will be a seasoned professional with all of the required skills and qualifications in Health and Safety, Water Management / Water Hygiene Risk / Legionella Risk / Compliance etc. The ideal candidate will have high level senior management experience for organizations with large estates of property or consultancies operating in that sector. Candidates with recent experience in the Education sector or the NHS would be preferred. You will be a talented people and process manager able to delegate with skill and have the gravitas to manage and influence outside of your direct reports. The role will suit individuals currently working as Estates Manager - Water Hygiene, Senior Water Consultant, Health and Safety Consultant, Senior Project Engineer, Estate Manager and be living within a commutable distance of Cambridge or be willing to relocate.
