Chartered Structural Engineer, Cambridge

Chartered Structural Engineer- Required for my client a Multi-disciplinary consultancy which operate within the Civil and Structural Engineering, Architecture and Expert Witness sectors. The Chartered Structural Engineer to support the growth of the Engineering team, they are flexible on location. This would suit an ambitious individual with drive, passion for customer service to help with plans to expand over the next few years. The Ideal Structural Engineer will be chartered in MICE or MIStructE and will have at least 4 years post Chatership experience within a Multi-Disciplinary Environment. This role is both a management and a technical one so the Structural Engineer will be working on large Framework contracts as well as Structural reports / calculations and Expert Witness reports and Management. Chartered Structural Engineer Position Overview Undertaking of technical and feasibility studies including organising site investigations To use a range of software to develop detailed structural designs as well as hand calculations Preparation of contract documents, management of tenders.
