The Company My brand new client is at the forefront of medical innovation and are looking to add a highly skilled JavaScript Developer to their successful and passionate team, during the global pandemic they have seen their development work increase tenfold with the need to produce more clincal trial platforms, more gold standard medical research and more patient care applications. This role is fully remote and they can aim to keep things that way, their offices are based in Cambridge but with everyone used to working remotely they want to continue with that model, if you are keen for an office environment may look to return when government guideline suggest - whenever that will be.  What will you do? You'll be at the forefront of modularising the exisiting platform into Node-based microservices, UX improvements to the React-based frontend, and collaboration with their R&D and science teams to enhance the potential of the platforms. This role has the potential of team leading, so anyone with expeirence or aspirations of becoming a  team lead should apply. Your work will support researchers and health organisations worldwide in improving patient outcomes in conditions affecting brain health including neurological disorders such as Alzheimer?s, Parkinson?s, and MS, and psychiatric conditions such as depression.
