We?re looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to support the ongoing expansion of our business. This role will be vital to our continued success in digital channels and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing our relationships with the customer, growing our sales and maximizing profitability within the account. All applicants must: -          Have extensive experience working with Amazon -          Have proven experience in a commercial retail environment -          Live in a commutable distance to Cambridge (please note that this is an office based role that does not come with a company car) You will be responsible for: -          Reviewing orders and stock on a daily/weekly basis -          Creating and monitoring annual forecasts -          Working with our digital marketing team to develop advertising campaigns -          Defining and implementing promotional plans -          Identifying new business opportunities and presenting them back to the senior team -          Immersing yourself in the brands we distribute and representing them proactively and professionally -          Market research to ensure we?re competitive in the marketplace and identifying gaps and opportunities -          Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant customers -          Reporting key metrics internally -          Launching new products and executing on a launch plan alongside the brand management team?s wider strategy -          Liaising internally with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best performance and service to your customers -          Managing our product portfolio on the Amazon platform The Ideal Candidate will also: -          Have knowledge and awareness of premium brands, their outlook and protected brand strategies -          Demonstrate strong working knowledge of MS Office -          Show strong presentation skills, able to clearly relay complicated information with analysis -          Be a great communicator with the ability to develop relationships, both internally and externally.
