An established UK residential developer is looking to appoint a Land Buyer to join its in Cambridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious land professional with experience in residential land acquisition or land negotiation who is looking to progress within a highly successful and well-regarded business.

The role will involve identifying and appraising residential development opportunities, preparing land viabilities, negotiating offers, managing land opportunities through acquisition stages and building strong relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities and housing associations.

Key Requirements:
* Experience within residential land acquisition, land buying or land negotiation
* Strong understanding of development viability and planning considerations
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines
* Degree qualified within a property, land or construction related discipline preferred
* Full UK driving licence required
