Working Hours
Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
Week 1: 06:00 14:00
Week 2: 13:45 22:00
Role Overview
365 People Ltd are seeking a Production Operative to join its team. This is a hands-on role combining manufacturing and warehouse duties within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating machinery including laser cutters, CNC machines, and UV printers
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
Working with acrylic and perspex materials
Meeting daily production targets
Carrying out general warehouse and housekeeping duties
Requirements
Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong reliability xcswzye and attendance
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
