• Location: Multiple locations including Walsall, Cannock, Merseyside, and surrounding areas
• Shifts Available: Flexible shifts between Monday–Sunday, 7am–10pm

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support daily living activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
• Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation
• Conduct regular wellbeing checks to ensure safety and comfort
• Adhere to care standards, health and safety policies, and client privacy guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvements

• Previous care experience is preferred but not required
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to professionalism and high standards of care
• Willingness to undergo background checks
