Responsible Individual Childrens Residential (EBD) Location: Cannock Salary:£70,000 per annum Overseeing 2 Established Homes + Growth Opportunities We are seeking an experienced and driven Responsible Individual to oversee two established childrens residential homes in Cannock, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is an excellent opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role with a growing organisation that has clear plans for expansion.This position offers the chance to provide governance and oversight across two stable services while also playing a key role in shaping the organisations future development and growth strategy.
