Your role
- Welcome residents, relatives and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Support customers by answering queries and offering clear, helpful information
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly
- Use your IT skills to manage emails, records and documents confidently
- Work closely with colleagues to create a friendly, supportive front of house experience
Your skills
- Experience in a customer service setting
- Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Warm and approachable with strong people skills
- Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks calmly and efficiently
- Caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to make a positive difference
