Canterbury (Rural Location – Own Transport Beneficial)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and proactive Palletizer Operative to join a busy production environment in the Canterbury area. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering competitive pay, regular hours, and long-term career potential within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Monitor and ensure all palletizing robots are operating efficiently
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues quickly
• Maintain smooth workflow and minimise downtime
• Work closely with team members to support production targets
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times

• £14.00 per hour
• Overtime paid at £17.50 per hour

• 5 days on / 2 days off
• 4 days on / 3 days off
• Up to 12-hour shifts

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic technical or mechanical understanding preferred
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work varying shifts
• Own transport beneficial due to rural location
