Design Team Leader (Manufacturing / Construction)£45,000 - £50,000 + Training + Bonus + Progression + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus Canterbury Are you a Design Team Leader from a manufacturing or construction background, looking to join a rapidly growing business, where you will oversee a small team, helping to deliver large scale projects for a variety of high profile clients, offering further development to senior manager roles?In this role, you will oversee a close-knit CAD team, managing workloads and coordinating bespoke fabrication projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving technical drawings, maintaining the drawing register, contributing to R&D initiatives and developing new product designs, while also providing ongoing technical guidance and support to the wider team.
