Building Surveyor, Cardiff

We are recruiting a Building Surveyor on a contract basis to oversee refurbishments and upgrades. Writing specifications for works to be completed, management of works on site from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery in accordance with agreed timeframes, quality standards and budget. Appointment of contractors and supervision of contractors on site. Client liaison. Candidates should be an experienced surveyor, experienced in supervising works on site, managing contractors. Should be appropriately qualified, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role. Excellent working conditions on offer with this role, contract duration circa 3 months initially
