Learning and Development Trainer | Specialist Healthcare | Children' and Young People Salary £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience Cardiff with travel to sites as necessary Full time \ Permanent CCS | Compass Corporate Services are partnered with one the UK's leading providers of specialist care for children and adults with complex needs associated with autism. I am looking for a Learning and Development Trainer ideally from a children's learning and development training background. Overview of the role We have a fantastic diverse opportunity with a leading specialist healthcare provider. My client is in the process of appointing an L&D Trainer to deliver mandatory and service specialised training to multiple sites, you will need to be strategic ensuring training opportunities are compliant, efficient and effective. You will be supporting a small and effective team also building key internal relationships with the wider HR team to ensure all L&D is data driven. Key Responsibilities Induction & Onboarding - Support, design and deliver exceptional induction process that is visible and creditable. Integrate Regulatory AWIF/CC induction standards into the Onboarding framework. - Set up and manage the Onboarding/Mentoring programme ensuring maximum support for all new starters Service Specific & Mandatory Training Conduct training needs analysis with internal stakeholder's Ensure all employees meet all compliance in line with required time scales Strategic analysis of training data, informing key internal stakeholder's to ensure meeting all training demand Efficient and effective, maximising attendance and reducing cost-per-head (where possible) Design, deliver and update a range of learning and training across multiple sites. Utilising methods to drive engagement this could include coaching and mentoring, e-learning & face to face Measure the effectiveness of the L&D function and track ROI. Liaise with Qualifications and Credit Framework to enable enrolment and track and resolve queries/progression of learners What I am looking for in you? Proven experience as a L&D specialist or trainer Confident presenter able to adapt to different learning styles Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to update and create engaging learning material Proven experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholder's * This job advert is designed to outline a range of main duties that may be encountered.
